As we ship worldwide, shipping times vary depending on your location. We provide shipping estimates and options during checkout. Tracking is available for most parts of the world, please allow a few days for your tracking number to arrive after your order is placed.

Your item is custom made for you once you place your order. Please allow production time for your item. This takes 1-4 days on average.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your product please contact us to arrange a return. Returned items must be in new condition and with original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and exchanges. 

IncrediPOD is not responsible for lost or damaged items returned to us.

If your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product please contact us immediately so we can resolve this and send you a replacement.

Due to the fact our products are custom made per order, orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. Thank you for your understanding.
